Cornelius Seraphin appeals the dismissal of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to -Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. In his motion, Seraphin alleged that the terms of his plea agreement had been violated because he did not receive the full amount of jail credit contemplated by the parties.' The posteonviction court dismissed his motion as untimely. Because it is not clear on the face of the record that his motion was untimely, we must reverse.
