— In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Brown, J.), dated September 3, 1986, which is in favor of the plaintiff and against it in the principal amount of $14,969.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs and the complaint is dismissed.
