Defendants Besicorp Group Inc. et al. (collectively “Besicorp”) have filed a notice of appeal from two orders of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, William C. Conner, Judge, (1) granting the motion of plaintiffs James Lichtenberg et al. for a preliminary injunction, and (2) denying, reconsideration of the injunctive order.
