Appellant Anita B. Carr (“Appellant”), who proceeds pro se, appeals from a February 3, 2014 order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware dismissing her case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. (D.I. 1) Presently before the court is Appellant’s motion for extension of time to file her opening brief (D.I. 30) and Appellee JP Morgan Chase Bank’s (“Chase Bank”) motion to dismiss the appeal (D.I. 34).
