DIXON, Chief Justice.
Appellee Harry M. Stanfield brought this action against appellant Vanguard Insur-*489anee Company to recover under the terms of a Texas Standard Fire Insurance Policy with Home Owners Broad Form. The suit seeks recovery for the loss of personal property due to theft.
The cause was tried before the court without the intervention of a jury. The court rendered judgment in favor of ap-pellee for the sum of $1,588.33 for each of two losses.
