This is a government contracts ease in which plaintiff seeks an equitable adjustment to the contract price (or, in the alternative, reinstatement of the contract) on two separate claims: (1) defendant wrongfully terminated the contract for default; and (2) defendant negligently prepared the bid documents and grossly underestimated its requirements under the contract.
