*662Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Carol Berk-man, J.), rendered January 24, 2007, convicting defendant, after a plea of guilty, of manslaughter in the second degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate prison term of 3 to 9 years, modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reducing the sentence to time served, and otherwise affirmed.
