Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Módica, J.), rendered April 16, 2013, convicting him of assault in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of the defendant’s motion to suppress his statements to law enforcement officials.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
