Appellants, the plaintiffs below, filed a complaint in the chancery court of Jackson County which contained the following allegations: In 1918, while plaintiffs were residents -of Clay County, Aransas, they were induced by the defendants, William and Frank Biggers, who were sales agents for the S. C. Quirnby Land Company, to look over some lands in southern Texas, which ■ were arid, but seemingly fertile if they were irrigated.
