ALFORD, Judge.
This matter is before the Court as a result of a judgment of divorce rendered on May 21, 1982 and signed on the 26th day of May, 1982 by the judge of the Family Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
In the aforesaid judgment defendant and plaintiff-in-reconvention, appellant Michael W. Hollins was granted a divorce on the basis of the parties living separate and apart for a period in excess of one year.
