Plaintiff instituted this proceeding seeking a writ of mandamus directing the defendant Smith, as superintendent of banks in -charge of the insolvent Farmers’ State Bank of Unityville, and the defendant members- of the depositors’ guaranty fund commission, to approve, allow, and certify a claim of plaintiff in the amount of $16,000 as a valid claim against the depositors’ guaranty fund-.
