In an action to recover damages for defamation, the defendants American Airlines, Inc., Stan Roberts, and Edwin E Argonza II appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Rebolini, J.), dated December 7, 2009, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying those branches of the motion of the defendants American Airlines, Inc., Stan Roberts, and Edwin E Argonza II which were for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar…
