This is an appeal by Lawrence F. Weber, administrator of the estate of Marie E. Hickman, deoeased, plaintiff, from the dismissal at the close of the plaintiff’s evidence of a wrongful death action against Southwest Nebraska Dairy Suppliers, Inc., a corporation, and Milford Johnson, defendants. The trial court determined the driver of the plaintiff’s vehicle was negligent as a matter of law; that such negligence was imputed to Robert N. Hickman and the deceased, Marie E. Hickman, his wife; and that Robert N. Hickman was a widower and the only heir of Marie E. Hickman who *608sustained pecuniary…
