In what would appear to us to be probably a laudable attempt to enforce the law against the unlawful disposition or possession of intoxicating liquor against respondent, appellant Turner procured a search warrant of the premises of respondent, and sent police officers to search the premises and arrest respondent. Appellant Turner was at the time commissioner of public safety of Everett, and according to the charter of Everett, art. IV, subd.
