The plaintiff was injured when the automobile in which she was riding collided with the automobile of Joe Jacobs. The plaintiff brought suit against the Whitehall Chevrolet Company and Jacobs, alleging that Atkins, driver of the automobile in which she was riding, and who was an automobile salesman of *407the defendant company, was grossly negligent in the operation thereof, and that the same was being driven by him at the time as the agent and employee of the defendant company.
