This is an appeal from the grant of a summary judgment by the United States Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (board), Opposition No. 73,217 (January 13, 1989), dismissing the opposition of Larry Harmon Pictures Corporation (Harmon) to the application for registration by The Williams Restaurant Corporation (Williams) of the service mark BOZO’S for restaurant services.
