I. Introduction
The matter pending before this court is an appeal from the November 19, 2014 Memorandum Opinion (ECF No. 1-14) and Order (ECF No. 1-20) issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and entered in Bankruptcy Case No. 11-22844.
