This suit was begun before a justice of the peace by Lane against the Greene County Gas and Oil Company, a corporation, and J. H. Johnson, individually, on an account in the sum of $499 for work and labor done in recovering boring tools lost in an oil well which was being explored for oil by the corporation. This work required the skill of an expert, which it is conceded Lane is. The justice of the peace rendered judgment against both defendants. Johnson alone appealed.
