The above-enumerated protests were consolidated for trial in the one case. This is an action against the United States. *488-wherein the importer seeks to recover certain sums of money claimed to have been illegally withheld by the Government on certain im-portations of whisky manufactured in Cuba and entered under bond for warehouse at the port of New York during the months of April, May, and June 1935.
