This was a bill for an injunction, brought by the widow and heirs of Christian Koelle, deceased, against the Louisville and Nashville Bailroad Company, Daniel Knecht, August Lenz, and the Dutch Hollow Coal Mining Company, to restrain the railroad company from transporting, and the other defendants from shipping, coal or other freight over a certain railroad switch upon complainants’ land, from coal- mines near to, and connected with, said switch, which are operated by such other defendants. On final hearing the court below decreed the relief prayed for, except as respected the Dutch Hollow…
