This case involves the custody of the two children of the parties. They appeared in the same order in the trial court and are hereinafter referred to as there.
Plaintiff brought suit for divorce and asked custody of the two children, a daughter aged five and a son aged six. Defendant filed an answer and cross complaint also asking divorce and custody. Later plaintiff withdrew his complaint for divorce and allowed defendant to obtain an uncontested divorce on her cross complaint.
