This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court which reversed a decree of the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of York County. Appellee’s parental rights to her son, C.A.E.1, were terminated follow*421ing the Orphans’ Court’s determination that Appellant York County Children and Youth Services (hereinafter YCCS) had shown by clear and convincing evidence that the factors listed in 23 Pa.C.S. § 2511 were present in this case and that Appellee was incapable of caring for her son.
