It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs, the motion is granted, the petition is reinstated, and the matter is remitted to Supreme Court, Wayne County, for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: Petitioner commenced this proceeding seeking, inter alia, to annul the caucus of respondent Town of Williamson Republican Committee (Town Committee), held on July 28, 2011, insofar as it pertains to the two offices of town justice, and to compel the Town Committee to hold a new caucus for those offices.
