—Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed and matter remitted to Chautauqua County Court for resentencing in accordance with the following Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.65 [3]). We reject the contention of defendant that his guilty plea was not voluntarily made because he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
