OPINION

LUMPKIN, Vice-Presiding Judge:

Appellant Dennis Leon Fritz was tried by jury and convicted of Murder in the First Degree (21 O.S.1981, § 701.7) in Case No. CRF-87-90, in the District Court of Ponto-toc County. The jury recommended life imprisonment and the trial court sentenced accordingly. From this judgment and sentence Appellant has perfected this appeal. We affirm.
