This cause came to be heard on defendants’ motion for an order dissolving the preliminary injunction previously issued by this court on April 6, 1971, or in the alternative, to modify the aforementioned preliminary injunction to permit defendants to ratify the trusteeship pre*226viously imposed upon the local union; upon the plaintiffs’ motion for issuance of an order requiring defendants to show cause why they should not -be placed in contempt of court; and upon the plaintiffs ’ motion for a permanent injunction, enjoining defendants from imposing a trusteeship upon them.
