(“Bert”) Barrone, was engaged in thel laundry business in Bowling Green as manager and owner of ‘the Bowling Green Steam La,undry Co. Onj October 22, 1908. in consideration of $1,600.00 paid to itl by appellees Moseley Bros., the laundry company, by B. J.
