Error to Morgan Circuit Court. — How. E. L. Edwaeds, Judge. (1) A conveyance made by a minor may be avoided in various ways; among others, by bringing an action of ejectment for the recovery of the land at any time within the period of the statute of limitations. — This is an action of ejectment for the undi*92vided one-half of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section eighteen, township forty-two, range sixteen, in Morgan county, Missouri. The petition was in the usual form, alleging, among other things, that plaintiffs were husband and wife, and that the real estate in question belonged to the wife, Nancy Harris. The suit was brought in the Morgan circuit court, August 20, 1878. The answer, in addition to a general denial, set up the statute of limitations in bar of the action.
