This appeal arises from an action concerning an automobile accident. Plaintiff-Appellant Sharon Calarosa was a passenger in an automobile owned by her but driven by her husband, John Calarosa. Ms. Calarosa’s vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle operated by Respondent Judy Stowell. Ms. Calarosa sued Ms. Stowell for negligence in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, the Honorable C.
