In July, 1906, Roberts, Bromley, and Wilson, doing business as T. H. Roberts & Co., and Robert Ferguson & Co., were sub-contractors doing concrete construction for certain railroad builders in Virginia. Having become financially involved, they made an assignment conveying to A. B.
