In this action under the Colorado Open Records Act, § 24-72-201, et seq., C.R.S. (1988 Repl.Vol. 10B), defendants, University of Colorado, its vice president and custodian of records, Theodore Volsky, Jr., and intervenor, Glendon Drake, appeal the judgment in favor of plaintiff, Denver Publishing Company, d/b/a Rocky Mountain News.
