On July 31,1959, George E. Young filed a complaint in divorce a.v.m. against his wife, Christine Ann Young, on the ground of desertion. After the filing of an answer and the determination of a rule for alimony pendente lite and counsel fees, testimony was taken before Honorable William II. McNaugiieu, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. On November 10, 1959, the hearing judge entered a decree dismissing the complaint. This appeal followed.
