THOMAS, Judge.
A.C. (“the mother”) appeals from the judgment of the Houston Juvenile Court declaring L.C. (“the child”) dependent and placing custody of the child with C.C. (“the grandmother”). This is the second time this case has come before this court. In A.C. v. C.C., 34 So.3d 1281 (Ala.Civ.App.2009), we dismissed the mother’s appeal, holding that the juvenile court’s judgment was not final because the juvenile court had not addressed several outstanding contempt motions.
