In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Delaney, J.), which granted the motion of the defendants David E. Worby and David E. Worby, P. C. to dismiss the complaint as against them for failure to state a cause of action.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, with costs, and the motion is denied.
