ADELMAN, District Judge.

Petitioner Kathleen A. Braun seeks a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 challenging the constitutionality of her Wisconsin state court conviction. On December 20, 1976, after a jury trial in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Braun was convicted of first-degree murder as a party to the crime and sentenced to life imprisonment.
