Case 90 — Indictment for Bribery APPEAL FROM m’CRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT. Indictment Dismissed on Demurrer and the Commonwealth Appeals. The indictment in this case is as follows: The grand jurors of the county of McCracken in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse E. M. Headley of the offense of bribery, committed in manner and form as follows, to-wit: The said E. M.
