KRAM, District Judge.
Plaintiff commenced this suit in New York State Supreme Court, claiming that defendant had breached its contract and sought damages and an injunction ordering defendants to cease operating. Defendants counterclaimed and removed the action to this Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a), alleging diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiff now moves to remand, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), claiming that the action was improperly removed because this court does not have original jurisdiction over the action.
