This action originated in the district court of Seminole county, and was brought by Lucy Scott, nee Grayson, against John Quimby, Charles J. Benson, and John Doe, to recover possession and quiet title to 80 acres of land in that county. The case was tried to the court upon an agreed statement of facts, and judgment rendered in favor of the defendants. Plaintiff brings error. The parties wilFbe designated plaintiff and defendants here, the same as below.
