The petition asks for a peremptory order of mandamus declaring void the action of defendant Democratic members of the board of supervisors of Clinton county, in designating the Clinton County News, Inc., as the official paper for printing the Concurrent Reso*762lutions of the Legislature for the year 1925, and directing the Secretary of State to treat said designation as void.
