WOLLMAN, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment issuing a preemptory writ of mandamus directed to the Treasurer, Director of Equalization, Superintendent of Schools and Auditor of Campbell County, South Dakota, commanding them to effectuate the attachment of the remaining portion of Mound City School District No. 48 (Mound City Common) to Pollock Independent School District No. 51 (Pollock Independent).
