This disciplinary proceeding comes before the Supreme Court pursuant to Article III, Rule 6(d), of the Supreme Court Rules of Disciplinary Procedure. The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court (board) has forwarded its recommendation that the respondent, Mark C. Bonn (respondent), be monitored in his practice of law by a member of the bar for a period of *1072twelve months.
