Plaintiff claims a lot of old building material on the defendant’s Magnolia plantation, having bought from defendant the material that composed the old sugar house and boarding house on the plantation. This suit is for possession of the material and for $1,000 damages, alleged to have been caused by the defendant’s refusing to let' plaintiff remove the material.
