This suit originated in the county court of Caddo county, wherein the appellant, as administratrix of the estate of George W. Koch, deceased, filed her petition for discharge and distribution, and in her petition ste asked that she be adjudged to be the owner of and entitled to 160 acres of land in Caddo county same being the homestead of the deceased and the administratrix, his wid w.
