Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 26, 1980, which determined that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits. Claimant was employed as a paraprofessional for the New York City Board of Education (hereafter referred to as employer) until he resigned for personal reasons on February 2, 1979. He thereafter secured other employment from which he was laid off under nondisqualifying conditions on July 12, 1979.
