OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

Appellant, Marian Nichols, d/b/a Marian Nichols Interiors, appeals from a judgment in favor of appellee, William A. Taylor, Inc. We affirm.

Appellee, plaintiff below brought suit against appellant on a sworn account pursuant to Tex.RCiv.P. 185. The account was based on a table ordered by appellant from appellee and shipped from the factory to a third party. The table was damaged in shipment.
