MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARK B. McFEELEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court upon the motion of the debtor to avoid the judicial liens of Conagra, Inc., Albuquerque Publishing Company, Sunwest Bank and Karler Packing Co., Inc. (judgment creditors) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f). On the date of filing of the debtor’s bankruptcy petition, the debtor claimed a homestead exemption in residential property which was later sold, free and clear of liens with the liens attaching to the proceeds.
