This is a bill brought by stockholders of the Onset Bay Grove Association to set aside a lease made by the corporation to an association of individuals, all of whom were directors of the corporation. We assume, in favor of the plaintiffs, that the exceptions to the master’s report were properly allowed to be filed after the expiration of fifteen days, under a special order of the court.
