Marriage of Beck v. Beck

This is the second appeal from the property distribution portion of a marriage dissolution decree by the Powell County District Court. The husband brought the first appeal. In Re Marriage of Beck (1981), Mont., 631 P.2d 282, 38 St.Rep. 1054. In that opinion, we vacated the property division and remanded the case to the trial court holding that the trial court’s findings of the husband’s net annual income and the value of the marital estate were not supported by the evidence.
