This matter comes before the court on a petition of plaintiff, Ann M. MacHarg, now known as Ann M. Becker, wherein we entered a rule to show cause upon defendant, David P. MacHarg Jr., why he should *49not be held in contempt for failure to pay alimony pursuant to a mutually entered into property-settlement agreement.
