The Hamburg Area School District (District) and the Hamburg Area School District Board of School Directors (Board) (collectively Appellants) appeal from the June 2, 1992 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County which stayed the order of the Board expelling Christopher W. Yatron from Hamburg Area High School, sustained Yatron’s appeal, and set aside the expulsion.
